PUBG Cheat Not Working? A Practical Troubleshooting Checklist
A short checklist for when your PUBG cheat stops working: check status, requirements, license, reinstall and then contact support with the right details.
When a cheat not working message appears in your loader, work through this list in order. Most problems are solved in the first few steps.
Cheat not working: check the status page
If PUBG or BattlEye just updated, the product may be paused while it is updated. Open the status page before you do anything else. If it is not showing online, the fix is waiting for an update, not changing your settings. Our guide on why status changes explains this cycle.
2. Confirm your system
The product page states Windows 10 or 11 64 bit. If you recently reinstalled Windows or moved to a different machine, confirm that matches.
3. Review the Cloud DMA requirement
The PUBG cheat lists Cloud DMA as required for full functionality. If some features appear to be missing, this is the first place to look. Our guide on the Cloud DMA requirement explains what the page states.
4. Check your license and PC
If you have moved to a new PC, your license needs to follow you. The FAQ says you can use HWID reset in your portal or open a support ticket. Try the reset first.
5. Reinstall from your portal
Your portal provides the loader and setup guide once payment clears. Download a fresh copy, follow the setup guides step by step and avoid mixing in old files. If the guide mentions security software or administrator rights, follow it exactly.
6. Reset your settings
Load a simple preset before you add options back. Our ESP guide suggests a clean starting setup. If a single option seems broken, turn it off and test the rest.
7. Contact support
If none of the above helps, open a ticket or ask on Discord. Support is listed as 24/7 and setup help is included with your key. Mention that cheat not working persists after the checklist so they can prioritize loader logs.
Give them what they need:
- Your product and plan
- What changed since it last worked, such as a patch or new hardware
- The exact error or behavior you see
- What you have already tried
Specific details usually get faster answers than a message that just says it is broken.
When all else fails
Check the FAQ for common questions, and go back to the PUBG cheat page to review the requirements. A calm checklist beats random changes every time.
