Upgraded my PC, how do I move my PUBG cheat license to the new machine?

Common situation: you built a new PC or swapped hardware and your license is not behaving. According to the FAQ, you can move your license to a new PC by using the HWID reset in your portal, or you can open a support ticket if that does not work.

The FAQ does not give a number, so we are not going to guess one. If the portal will not let you reset, open a ticket and support will sort it out.

Also double check the basics on the new machine. Platform is Windows 10 or 11, 64 bit, and the Cloud DMA requirement still applies for full functionality.
